The 4 Phases of the Prevention & Performance Process
1. Pre-Screening Questionnaire
We review your sport, goals, workload, and injury history to understand your needs
2. Full Individual Assessment
A 90-minute evaluation measuring mobility, strength, stability, and movement control.
3. Report & Feedback Session
A dedicated 30-minute review of your results and priorities for improvement
4. Individual Prevention Plan
A personalized, progressive program supporting safe, long-term performance.
